URGENT CARE SERVICES

The Veterinary Wellness Center provides urgent care veterinary services to pet owners in Exeter, NH and the surrounding Seacoast, NH area. We offer urgent care during the hours of [hours to be updated shortly] for your convenience. We usually see patients in 30 minutes or less.  We have a state of the art facility to accurately and efficiently diagnose and treat all urgent care needs.

What to Expect

Check-In

Within our urgent care hours, our friendly staff will check you in and advise you of the expected wait time.

Treatment

We will perform the treatment discussed with you.

Exam

We will see both the owner (one person only at this time)  and pet in an exam room to take a thorough look at what’s going on. 

Discharge & Continued Care

When your pet is ready, we will provide details on recommended continued care prior to sending you home with your pet.

Treatment Plan

 You will be provided with an explanation of your pet’s ailment as well as a treatment plan including cost estimate.

Communication with Your Veterinarian

We will provide your veterinarian with a full report of your visit to facilitate on-going care. 

Diagnostics We Offer
To diagnose your pet efficiently, The Veterinary Wellness Center is equipped with many tools used to gain important information about your pet’s condition.

 

These diagnostics include: 

  • HD digital X-rays with the ability for STAT readouts from a board certified radiologist

  • Full suite of in-house blood work and urinalysis to provide immediate results. 

  • FAST ultrasound (to provide a scan for urgent care purposes only)

  • Tonometry (eye pressure testing)

  • EKG, pulse oximetry

  • Full dental suite with digital radiology

  • State of the art anesthesia monitoring

  • Comfortable recovery areas

  • Experienced & compassionate staff

  • Quiet areas
